Impartiality is very important to beneficiaries and is part of our professional service. This is even more of an issue when some of the beneficiaries may also be executors. The remaining beneficiaries can feel isolated from the process of winding up and distributing an estate. We act as an independent source of information and contact.

Our fee structure is based on an hourly rate and is very competitively priced. We do not charge for every telephone call and letter. The priority is to wind up the estate as efficiently and quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary costly disputes. This minimises time, stress and fees which benefits all parties.
